Germany, Nsdap. A Small Nsdap Pennant GTRexclude Seitz was promoted to Obergefreiter(NSDAP Wimpel). Constructed of red cotton twill, overlaid by double sided white cotton discs measuring 85 mm in diameter, each bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, the hoist edge featuring a reinforced white cotton channel through which is looped a period original drawstring, unmarked, measuring 150 mm (w) x 270 mm (l), with soiling evident throughout, in very fine condition.
