The nose features aromas of ripe peaches and subtle dried apricots which are intermeshed with honeycomb, oily toast like notes and cinnamon spice. Rich peach and apricot fruits are tied to notions of honeycomb and bacon fat. Texturally full and luscious in the mouth with some ginger spice presenting itself on the back half. Nicely
