Produced in small batches by Minus 8, it has a lively, sweet sour flavour. L8 Harvest vinegar is made from grapes harvested in winter. They are pressed while they are still frozen solid. The juice, known as ice wine, is rich and naturally sweet. Minus 8 uses traditional methods to transform it into vinegar. The amber coloured vinegar has a lingering sour finish. Its a great way to cut
